As Chair of the Organizing Committee of the 14th International Symposium on the Maillard Reaction (IMARS-14), I and the President of IMARS would like to invite you attend the 14th International Symposium on the Maillard Reaction (IMARS-14) – Protein glycation in food, health and disease, Live in Doha, Qatar* and on-line, 20th – 24th September 2021. We have excellent speakers – leading international investigators in glycation and related research, including two highly distinguished keynote speakers:

We will also be presenting and inviting input into the Doha 2021 Glycation Declaration – a statement of the “Grand Challenges in glycation research” to which the glycation research community will be invited to commit to advance and progress in the coming years.
